Cube Houses by architect Piet Blom

The Cube Houses is one of the famous places in Rotterdam. Designer Piet Blom created this amazing constriction on top of a pedestrian bridge. The idea of these houses is to create a forest. Each house with cube form on the top illustrates one tree. There are 38 cubes which stick to each other.

It is possible to visit one of these houses where you can explore extraordinary interior. The first floor is entrance, the second floor consists of living room and kitchen, on third floor you can find bedroom and bathroom, on top floor arrange sofas, probably for tourist to rest and take a photo from the top. All the walls and windows are angled, also the ceilings.

The atmosphere in the house is kind of strange, but not necessary the negative feelings or emotions, it is just unusual and exciting. I recommend visit this place because it turn your imagination up side down.
